Create vendor as a portal user and can send the signup mail notification to the vendor for signup.

Registered vendors detail in separate view.

Generate the request for quotation of product and select the associated vendor.

Mail Notification will be send to all configured vendor about quotation request.

Quotation detail visibility on vendors account.

Vendor can submit their quote detail from their account.

Admin can confirm single vendor out of submitted quote vendors and can generate purchase order of that vendor.
